OPENING OF A NEW INFORMATION PUNKT FOR FOREIGNERS IN OFFICE IN CZĘSTOCHOWA

On November 25, 2020, an information point for foreigners from outside the EU was opened at the Silesian Voivodship Office in Częstochowa, created within the framework of the project “Support for the integration of foreigners in the Silesian voivodeship”, which is implemented under the Asylum, Migration and Integration Fund.


The department is located at the Passport Customer Service Office (emplacements 1st and 2nd) in the building of the Silesian Voivodship Office, Częstochowa Branch at  Sobieskiego 7 Street.


Information is provided by the following specialists:

- specialists in the field of legalization of stay in Poland

- lawyer

- translator of English, Russian and Ukrainian languages

 


 INFORMATION ABOUT LAUNCHING THE HELPLINE FOR FOREIGNERS

  

On 31 January 2020 in Silesian Voivodeship Office in Katowice has been launched a helpline, that is dedicated to third-country nationals.

The helpline is open:

 From Monday to Friday 7:30 - 15:30

 On Tuesday 7:30 - 18:00

  

 

Helpline was created under the project implemented by Silesian Voivode No. 2/10-2019/OG-FAMI, entitled “Improving the quality of services provided to third-country nationals in the Silesian Voivodeship run by the National Asylum, Migration and Integration Fund

The helpline provides information on the matters of foreigners from outside the EU with regard to their legalization of stay and work in Poland.

 OPENING AN INFORMATION AND CONSULTING CENTER FOR FOREIGNERS

 

On 3 September 2019, Silesian Voivodeship Office in Katowice launched the Information and Consulting Center for Foreigners created under the project: 14/8-2017/OG-FAMI “Support of Integration of Foreigners in Silesian Voivodeship” run by the National Asylum, Migration and Integration Fund. 

The Center is located in the Silesian Voivodeship Office in Katowice, 25 Jagiellońska st. room no. 133 and in Customer Service post no. 7 and 8.
