You can apply for financial assistance for holders of the Pole’s Card if you submitted application form for Permanent residence on the basis of the valid Pole's Card and intends to settle in Poland permanently.
This financial benefit can be used by the person, who submitted an application form, for covering the costs of settling and securing livelihood in Poland.

The minister competent for home affairs shall monitor utilisation of appropriations up to the limit allocated in the Budget Act for payment of cash benefits. In the event that the total amount of cash benefits applied for and payable in any given year equals 75% of the amount appropriated in the Budget Act for payment of cash benefits, the minister competent for home affairs will publish an announcement in the Public Information Bulletin that no new applications for cash benefits to be paid out during such year will be processed and that starostas stop receiving such applications, the effective date being the day after the minister competent for home affairs makes such announcement.
